Refund Policy

Flight Experts Refund Policy

Your refund request for the airfare or any other services booked is governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider/supplier from whom the services are purchased by us. The handling of guidelines and rules are determined by the same service providers.

Most of the special airfares and deals are non-refundable, where the airline cancellation fees equal to 100% of the amount paid. Airlines cancellation charges and service fees are applicable to all the reservations booked through us in addition to Flight Experts service fee.

Wherever the refund is applicable, the turnaround time for the refund to be processed to you may take up to 10 weeks from the date of your request processed from our end. In some exceptional circumstances, the airline may take more than the mentioned time frame and Flight Experts is not liable to refund any amount if it has been delayed by the airline/supplier’s end. Our suppliers include but are not limited to the airlines, cruise companies, hoteliers, rental companies etc

For services, where suppliers are not based in New Zealand, currency conversion rates are applicable on all their charges and fees.

Incase under any circumstances such as but not limited to bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation etc if the primary service provider does not issue a refund, Flight Experts do not bear any responsibility to issue the refund back to customers.

The refunds can only be requested in a form of email requests, sent to cancellations@flightexperts.co.nz.

Flight Experts can process the refund/s only into NZ bank accounts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we are provided with correct bank account details at the time of cancellation to avoid delays or misplaced refunds. Refunds will only be processed into the authorised person’s bank account for which Flight Experts will seek approval from the email ID registered under the booking at the time of making the reservation.

Flight Experts may accept deposits to hold your reservation and all deposits remain non-refundable. If customers wish to adjust the deposit towards the bookings, it can be adjusted within 15 days of the initial payment for the same passengers only.
